FULL Conference Pass registration includes:

 Note: Government registrants are required to pay an additional $25 registration fee to attend the awards dinner - prompted at online registration

Pre-Conference DAY Pass:

  • CLC is offering a pre-conference day pass for $295 (corporate) / $225 (Govt/Nonprofit/Academia). This day pass includes access to any workshop, tour, or side event (including Sunday's Lighting tour in downtown San Diego) and Monday's networking lunch and that evening's official CLC Welcome Reception. 

Award dinner-only tickets & tables - Register

  • Individual Award Dinner-Only Ticket for General Public - $195
  • Table Sponsor - $3,000 (10 seats, logo exposure, preferred seating)

Early registration is encouraged. The following credit cards are accepted:

  • Master Card, Visa, American Express
  • A credit card processing fee will be assessed for all credit card transactions

  • Members should ask their affiliate organization about discount codes.
  • Additional registrations for exhibiting employees are offered at a 20% discount.
  • Additional registrations for sponsoring employees are offered at a 20% discount.
  • Conference speakers should refer to their invitations for registration rates and logistics.
  • Group rates are not currently available for the 2014 Climate Leadership Conference.
  • Student rates are available only to students who do not currently hold full-time employment.
  • Comp codes expire when online registration closes.


All registration cancellations received between January 15 and January 31 will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after January 31, 2014. You may substitute attendees at any time by sending written notification by February 15, 2014. After February 15, please bring all registration adjustment details to the onsite registration HELP DESK at the conference. Cancellations and changes must be made in writing; phone changes and cancellations are NOT permitted. Please send all written notices of cancellation or changes to
